Proud History
Set just outside Bright in Victoria’s High Country, Bright Lavender is a family-owned lavender farm with a rich history. Current owners Liz and Tony have lived in Bright for many years, with Liz helping her parents plant the original lavender and build the mud brick cottages using earth from the farm.
Liz said it took seven years to build the cottages, which are made out of handmade mud brick, old bridge timbers and railway sleepers.
Since taking over the operation, Liz and Tony have replanted 3000 new lavender plants and continue to farm the lavender to create wholesale oil, potpourri, lavender water, bags and bath salts.

Our farm is located on the flat lands in the valley with a mountain stream on the property boundary and amazing views of the surrounding valley mountains.
